Mangham joins from Equans, part of Bouygues, where he was Regional Director and had responsibility for setting up a Major Project Division within the Student Accommodation Sector.

Prior to Equans, he was Regional Operations Manager at Wates Construction Ltd, with earlier experienced gained at Willmott Dixon, Shepherd and Costain.
